Hello! I'm Lee, your Senior HR Specialist with over 25 years of experience in managing and leading HR teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business success.

I excel in creating a caring culture by supporting work and community events and initiatives, such as suicide prevention and fundraising. My expertise spans talent management, cultural change, leadership development, remuneration and benefits frameworks, diversity, performance management, health and wellbeing strategies, succession management, HR policies and procedures, and team leadership.

I specialise in delivering HR projects within 1-6 weeks, ensuring timely and effective results. I am also an active member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and serve as the President of the Engedi Management Committee. Based in Mackay, QLD, I am open to travel to meet your business needs.
